BYU-Idaho Student Landlord Contract Mountain Pines - Student Housing INSTRUCTIONS Please fill in the requested information and check the appropriate semester payment plan. You agree and accept the required contract terms from the BYU-Idaho Housing office by typing your name in the requested signature blocks. If the STUDENT is under the age of eighteen (18) at the time the contract is executed, a PARENT must sign as personal guarantor. Payment of the $175 ($150 refundable Security Deposit and $25.00 application fee) is required with this contract application in order to reserve housing.
